TAMU Washington, D.C. Intern Apartments

Interns live in The Buchanan Apartments in Crystal City, Virginia...a short 20-30 minute METRO (subway) ride to Capitol Hill or downtown D.C.! Interns are housed in fully-furnished 3 bedroom apartments, 2 students per bedroom. Each apartment is a massive 1,700 square feet with a balcony. Our residential advisor also lives in the complex ready to assist with move-in, transition to DC and help in case of emergency.

ANRP & PPIP participants receive a housing scholarship which covers the entire cost of their internship semester's housing & bills (Cable & phone excluded; interns pay a refundable $300 security deposit and a $75 cleaning fee).

Other students who are interested in living in the TAMU intern apartments may contact the program director for more information and availability. Housing rates are set by the program each semester and housing is on a space available basis.
